I kinda put this to the back of my head lol
Fainted at work, quite odd, don't remember much just remember coming round and one of the girls I work with shouting you ok!
They did want me to go the hospital but I refused, I am ok after all. Took a break at that point had fresh air and something to eat.
Feel ok now, have tea cooking and am more drained than tired, although an early night may be in order tonight, fingers crossed I can make use of it

- I have realised in the last 6-7 years of my life, I have not lived the here and now. I have reflected so much on the past it has become me. I believe I need to let go of some of this and here is where I may or may not do it. Nah there isnt a grammatical error in the title thats they way I want it! But there prob is a lot of spelling and grammar oopsies throughout.
